this i can handle

yesterday i dropped zaven off at school and headed to kmart with nell. in search of a few more laundry baskets to try to organize chris' laundry situation. i ended up getting some nice looking canvas boxes to put his clean clothes in in his study.
we found all sorts of things at kmart. they had some shorts and shirts for zaven 4 pieces of your choice for $10. when you have to have clothes in his cubby at school and a change in the car for emergencies, this is just the thing!
but the point is as we left the store it was a breezy and rainy morning, verging on cold. so we came home and went about our morning. later i went on line to check the 10 day forecast and saw that the current temp was 66. so i grabbed nell and put her in the stroller for a walk. it was a glorious afternoon.
zaven had gone home from school with bennett so nell and i walked up to retrieve him. which resulted in a walk up in the fields and vineyard behind their house and through the dammon's yard and bennett's grandparents yard. it was a nice time outside.
then we strolled home. about a 3 minute walk. and then i had a meeting at the church for the garden party.
i got to see the poster design for the event. it looks great. i will call to get quotes for printing it today.
and start to figure out an ad schedule for the event.

we had a very tasty dinner last night, grilled chicken over salad with grape tomatoes, feta, mint and kallamata olives on top.
very delicious.

today the weather is to be similar, so the plan is to pack a picnic and head to the park...not sure which one.
