monday, we drove up to boston to pick up milla.
we had a great drive and a nice visit in the hotel room with cindy. then we headed home.
we had ginger roasted salmon for dinner last night and turned in early.
this morning, zaven woke up at 5:45, very excited. milla got up not too much later and nell and i slept a little longer.
milla let zaven open his birthday present early, a playmobil truck and motor boat set.
we went to the post office and mailed the pirate birthday party invitation. so we are locked in to the pirate theme. and so far zaven seems to be at peace with that. the invitations turned out pretty cute. they read :
ahoy matey!
zaven is setting sail for four.
we hope you will come abourd and celebrate.

after we picked up zaven we had lunch and then went to the library.
